How do I choose the right size?
Every product page lists the exact size run for that style. Footwear is in US sizing, apparel runs XS to 4XL. Our Size Guide has conversion tables for UK and EU, plus chest and waist measurements.
Are these authentic?
Yes. All products are the genuine article from the brands listed. Brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, to every destination we ship to. There is no minimum spend and no handling fee.
How long will my order take?
Orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, allow 5–9 business days in the United States, 7–15 for Canada, the UK and Europe, and 10–20 for the rest of the world. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached — footwear tried on indoors only, returned in an undamaged box. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I exchange for another size?
Return the original item for a refund and place a new order. That way your replacement is not held up while the return is in transit.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email shoppcozyhome@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover return shipping.
