Terms of Sale

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices displayed exclude sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment, and your order total is displayed in full before you pay.

Reference prices and promotions

Where a struck-through price is shown next to an item, it is our reference price for that item — the price at which the item is or was offered without a promotion. Promotional prices apply only while displayed and are not applied retroactively to past orders. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Sizing

Footwear sizes are US sizes. Where a men's and women's equivalent is shown (for example M8.0 / W9.5), both refer to the same physical shoe. Fit varies between brands and models — check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Placing an order

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the item. All orders are subject to availability and to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order that is out of stock, contains an obvious pricing or description error, or is suspected of fraud, and will refund any amount already taken.

Taxes and duties

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs charges on international orders are levied by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is free worldwide; delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Changes and cancellation

To change or cancel an order, email shoppcozyhome@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate the request if the order has not yet shipped.
