Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aurazyrajewelry.com and any purchase you make from AURAZYRA. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We do not store your card details.

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery by your local customs authority. Those charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Product descriptions and images

We work hard to describe our pieces accurately. Because our jewelry uses natural stones such as opal, small variations in colour and pattern between the photograph and the piece you receive are normal and are not a defect. Screen calibration also affects how colours appear.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms, dispatch times and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

Your right to return an item and how refunds are handled are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have in your country.

7. Promotions

Promotional offers apply while advertised and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Any change does not affect orders already placed. Offers apply only to eligible products as stated at the time.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, designs and logos — belongs to AURAZYRA or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without our written consent.

9. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time you ordered. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
