90-day guarantee

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if you are not satisfied or if it arrived faulty.

Returns we accept

• You contact us within 90 days of delivery.
• The item and all its accessories are complete.

Returns we cannot accept

• Items where more than 90 days have passed since delivery.
• Items deliberately damaged after delivery.

Who pays return shipping

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover the full cost of the return, including return postage. If you are returning for personal preference, the return shipping is at your own expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we process your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it can take several more days — occasionally up to a month — to appear on your statement.
