Frequently asked questions

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order value. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Can I return something?

You have 90 days from delivery to return a piece if you are not satisfied or if it arrived faulty. The item and its accessories need to be complete.

Who pays return shipping?

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover the full return cost. If you are returning for personal preference, the return shipping is yours.

How long does a refund take?

We process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

What are the pieces made of?

Mostly sterling silver with opal and stone settings. See Jewelry Care for how to look after each material.
