Free shipping on every order
Every ShopOutlet Premium order ships free, to every destination available at checkout. No minimum spend, no handling fee.
Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days of payment.

These are estimates. Weather, customs inspection and carrier backlogs can extend them.
Tracking
You receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel ships. The first scan can take 24–72 hours to appear.
Multiple parcels
Orders with several items may arrive separately, at no extra cost, each with its own tracking.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
